I agree this company is a fraud. They came to my house to give us a price for duct cleaning, it was over $4000.00 ************** Fair Solutions came it was about $1000. ********* came same $1000.00.Same on you MILESTONE *** AIR THE WORST
? Brand new A/C unit $3,975.00 for 640 sf installed 3/12/21 shut down 9/5/22 no diagnostic given about cause.I have 5 year warranty W/parts yet asked to pay$1,775.00 to ***************************** their partner company to replace condenser.Senior on fixed income Left to sweat.
This company is a *****. I live in a building with three condo units. We called this company because of their $99 air duct cleaning service. When the technician showed up he basically told us that service wouldn't do anything and that we needed the $1500-$3000 service. We declined that option and then opted for the regular AC service. Keeping in mind we had no previous issues, the technician then told us one unit needed 3 gallons of Freon and another two gallons. Now those two units are not working. Mr. ****** ***** we are not a fraud company, we do offer the Complete Packaged 99 which is a basaic air duct cleaning, ac check up and Insulation check, camara inspection inside duct system, and a deorizer on your ducts, some times It might not seem you dont have a problem when the technician does and Inspection on you ducts system they might find bacteria in the Duct system and inside your A/C unit, so the complete packaged is useless to do, they do recommend Sanitizing and cleaning on AC system which is why the price goes ... read more
