We had the salmon, a cheeseburger and roasted chicken salad. Along with Land Grant berry cream ale. All EXCELLENT!! Alex was our server and did an outstanding job. Milestone 229 is located beside the splash park. Grab a beverage while you watch the kids squeal and jump through the water jets. Highly recommended.
My first time was yesterday. Although it was early in the evening and there were 6 of us as well as it being on the day of the Latino Festival, they were able to put the tables together quickly. We were outside enjoying the nice weather. It was a bit pricey, but then it was a nice place downtown. The service was good. The staff was courteous. The food was delicious. Was an enjoyable experience!
My first time was for lunch yesterday. I loved sitting outside watching the kids play, the cool breeze, and people watching. From the hostess to busboy, all staff were very friendly. My waitress, Autumn was excellent ! As for the food, unbelievable !!! The shrimp and grits had so many layers of flavor and the calamari was the best that I have ever eaten !!!! Loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. Sitting outside listening to the fountains sounds like the beach. Celebrated our 25th anniversary and it was perfect. Had the filet which was great. Get the big chocolate cake for dessert. Yum. We will be back.
Atmosphere, food, and service were impeccable. We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary here with brunch on the patio. We will be back!
Food was delicious! I had the filet mignon, it was juicy & tender! Great flavor! I didn't need A1 sauce. You know you have a good tasting steak when you don't need steak sauce! The mashed potatoes that came with it was even better than the filet! I was surprised on how good a potato could be! 🤣 Definitely looking forward to coming back when I'm in the area again. I'm from Toledo, Ohio.
Host can't tell time wouldn't seat until 5-10 minutes after advertised time of open, made us wait in small cramped lobby.
