Was able to get my companies bucket truck repaired quickly and got us back to work!
The mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable, however the service manager was absolutely rude and ridiculous. The mechanic told us there was a bad line on our 40ft Class A motorhome- he said he's going to leave and order the part and get back with us. We heard nothing, so we called in the next day and the manager tells us we need a whole new compressor for the air brakes and that if we can't get it to the shop then they're going to deliberately charge *quote* 4 or 5 times what it costs *end quote* for them to come out an... read more
