My son and I have been training here for several months now. Coach Miles pushes me beyond what I ever thought I could do. He is encouraging, he is very respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and sincere. The way he inspires us to go harder each time builds real results. We can see ourselves getting stronger, building endurance, confidence. Being here since October 2025, our lives have changed for the better in so many ways. Together, my husband and I have lost over 30lbs in a matter of 3 months, and have grown stronger in our physical and emotional health. For myself, I am more confident and my mind has transformed from disliking the gym to a lover of health and exercise! I am grateful for this journey and plan to continue as long as I am able.
