I’ve been using their TLC and HPTLC plates for a few months to separate coffee compounds. They have been fantastic for that, especially their HLF and HPTLC-HLF plates; I get clean separation for such a complex matrix and they take derivatization beautifully. All the plates survived shipping because of their thoughtful packing. Moreover, when I contacted them for advice they were extremely helpful. I will be using them for my future publications, and just put in another order.
I've found Miles Scientific to have the highest quality TLC plates. Other TLC plates we've tried have been messier, with rough edges and finish. Miles Scientific TLC plates are consistently smooth, clean, and packaged to prevent any damage. They also have great customer service.
This company and its team members are very professional. They take great pride in their work and knowledge/expertise in their products.
I have purchased TLC plates and syringe filters from Miles Scientific for years. Their products are just as good or better than similar items from major suppliers/manufacturers. Pricing is good and items arrive in reasonable times as well. Steven is great to work with.
