Dr. Miles is a thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable physician. She listens carefully to the parents’ concerns and questions, and is able to skillfully engage children. She's a wonderful doctor. We wish there were more like her.
Dr. Miles herself is quite good, but she doesn’t have separate entrance/exit. I’ve NEVER been to a psychiatrist who makes exiting patients WALK BACK THROUGH THE WAITING ROOM. What about confidentiality?? How is this not a HIPAA violation?
Please do not go here. The assistant is the ruddiest person ever along with the doctor. They do not care about customer service and honestly not worth wasting your money on these people. Go find a new one do not use these people!
