I have used Dr Miles for 2 of my children. She has helped them tremendously. My daughter was admitted to children’s in Dallas and she was able to go see her there and be involved with her care. If you have a child who may end up hospitalized she is the best choice. From her attentiveness, to her warming personality, to her proactive approach to how she prescribes, she is the best choice for your child who needs care. Dr. Miles is a thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable physician. She listens carefully to the parents’ concerns and questions, and is able to skillfully engage children. She's a wonderful doctor. We wish there were more like her.
Dr. Miles herself is quite good, but she doesn’t have separate entrance/exit. I’ve NEVER been to a psychiatrist who makes exiting patients WALK BACK THROUGH THE WAITING ROOM. What about confidentiality?? How is this not a HIPAA violation?
