we had a house fire. The insurance company was great only had a couple issues. I called Allan he handled them immediately. Most agents would not go above and beyond but these guys will. Everyone there is super nice and caring I would recommend them to anyone.
My broker is Marsha Hulstine and she is nothing less than spectacular! Amazing customer service! Got my family the best bang for our buck insurance on our new home we are purchasing and I was kept in the loop about everything, even if she was waiting to hear back from someone! When I watch the TV insurance adds and they show how they saved $600, well that never happened to me until Allan Miles. I have been with Allan Miles for 20 years now, and will stay with Allan.
