My 95 year old mother received an "advertisement" from Milend that appeared to be a bill. She immediately panicked and thot she owed a second mortgage to Milend for over a hundred thousand dollars. I understood immediately what it was. I called and the CSR was very polite when I asked that they change their marketing strategy, he said they would but he was just being nice. Milend doesn't need to panic the older generations living on Social Security. They struggle enough getting from one room of their house to another.
