Takes over an hour to make an appointment with the call center, the say it’s showing you have this insurance and then ask for information and then says it’s showing it not active, their system sucks just need an appointment for my child and the call center is not helpful and are very limited apparently and say there’s both I can do. Such as struggle for something so simple as in making an appointment. The Staff here are awesome !
Dishonest doctors, they will smile at you but they will over charge you for unnecessary tests and exams. I will not recommend this health center to anyone.
They cancelled my appointment because I was late 15 minutes but expect me to come on time which I do all the time. I arrive 30 minutes before appointment and they make me wait 45+ minutes for the doctor to see me and only spend less than 15 minutes because they have other patients to see. I’m so disappointed.
