Worse clinic on 4745 w cermak Dr Ian never returned any of my calls after I left 12 or more messages knowing my daughter is pregnant and high risk !! First they lost her blood work then they lie to cover it up with another lie that don’t make sense!!!
RecommendedThe service was excellent. Daughter went there after being in a car accident and they took great care of her. Clean facility and Great Staff

This has gotta be one of the WORST! Places ever they treat you like ginnie pigs && they don’t bother to help you you’ll see a new dr every time you go ! And god for bid you need a refil on your meds

you guys fucking suck if you had good receptionist and nurses i wouldn't write this. i have been coming here for 2 yrs now and every fucking time your dumb ass receptionist transfers me to a stupid voicemail like today 4 times so far about test results and they more rude in person and your nurses rude too. i love my kids drs and dont want to switch since u close by but i may be goign to another clinic after this bullshit. husband had biopsy done 6 days ago n you cant even call back with results your slow asses will hear from... read more

I've been waiting for Mile Square to release my medical records to my doctor, and it's been for a few months now, and nothing. I've called, the nurse called and we both been getting the run around, e.g., this department don't send out records, let me transfer you, let me transfer you, over and over. My doctor and the nurse had to resubmit the forms over and we are still waiting.
