I've been waiting for Mile Square to release my medical records to my doctor, and it's been for a few months now, and nothing. I've called, the nurse called and we both been getting the run around, e.g., this department don't send out records, let me transfer you, let me transfer you, over and over. My doctor and the nurse had to resubmit the forms over and we are still waiting.
Thanks to Juan for taking ownership and seeing a call from a new patient through from start to finish, including getting the patient back when the call dropped and calling the patient back after researching an issue.
