Dr. Shoemaker is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. He takes time to explain my condition and procedure. He also gives me time to ask questions and it never feels rushed . Also his staff , especially Rachel, is incredibly helpful !
Dr. Chan is literally the best doctor ever, a very great listener, empathetic, and highly trained. He truly cares about helping his patients feel better. His staff is so efficient and kind--- Angela and Cathia are always so patient and understanding. (Even when all my Littles come to my appointment!) Thank you, we are grateful for you!
My first encounter was with the office staff, who were disrespectful and incompetent. When I met with Dr shoemaker he was dismissive and didn't ever address my main issue. I switched to another Dr who was able to quickly diagnose and address my rib subluxation and herniated discs. Go to someone who actually cares.
I have been trying to reach this office for several weeks now since my MRI that was ordered by Dr Chan was denied by insurance. They said I needed to get more information from the doctor to have it done. Information that was in my records already if the insurance or Dr/MA would have bothered to look. I've left multiple messages for the Doctors medical assistant but have not received any calls back. You go to a pain management Dr for relief, I've been in pain since January and he want to do acupuncture, Chakras and all that foolishness
