Mile High Spine and Rehab's hyperbaric oxygen chamber experience was top notch! I was nervous before my first treatment but DC, Tom Hope answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. It turned out to be a great experience. Fully recommended!
I've recently been researching hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) as a form of biohacking specifically for the purpose of reducing systemic inflammation, restoring health and reversing (or at least slowing) aging. Really enjoyed the 60 minute hyperbaric oxygen chamber. It was a super quick and easy process. I just fell asleep in the chamber and was awoken once my hour was over. I was monitored while in the chamber. That day I was feeling interesting, not in a good or bad way but just different. I noticed that I slept so well that night and felt amazing on my run the next day. Will definitely be back as hyperbaric oxygen chambers can help with healing, glucose metabolism and recovery.
