Horrible providers and staff, they never pick up and don’t give you a call back about important things they said they would get back to you. I have waited at least an hour every time I’ve tried to go to my video appointment.
Probably worst experience I’ve had with a “doctor”, ever. This place had me fill out a ton of intake paperwork and knew exactly why I was looking for treatment, which meds I was on, etc…I had my very first appointment with the doctor, and she asked me which meds I was previously on. Before I could even finish saying the meds I was on, she interrupts me and says “WOAH. I don’t DO drug COCKTAILS like that. Just so you know” and then starts calling the medication by its slang name, making me feel like a druggie??? For meds I’ve... read more
I was nervous when first calling them but quickly realized how kind, courteous and professional they are. Super grateful. They‘re definitely committed to getting me the best care possible. I truly appreciate the knowledge, support and insight I’ve gotten from my doctor here.

“Your mental health is our top priority” yeah right you cancelled my first appointment because I didn’t get my paperwork to you soon enough? You’re dealing with mentally ill people, I can’t even remember to eat or brush my teeth most days let alone fill out some paperwork on time. Thank you for making me wait 2-3 weeks for nothing but disappointment and discouragement.
