Impossible to get an appointment, even as a patient with history and with a serious illness that had to be diagnosed at an Urgent Care because I couldn't get in for an initial appointment, have tried twice for follow ups and am now left searching for a doctor while struggling to recover from COVID pneumonia. Initially I had great experiences here, particularly with Terry, but the fact that they cannot be relied on for actual medical care has sent me elsewhere.
Avoid this place at all costs. I sent a request in for simple paperwork for a work accommodation to be filled out several weeks before it was due. The initial email address I sent this information to was invalid (I found this on mile high's website). I then called them and sent the paperwork to a new email address and asked that they fill it out.
