We have been using these guys for the past 6 years (and as recently as today, October 20, 2015), and I can't say enough great things about them. These guys don't give you a huge window of time in which they plan to show up, and they're always on time, which is so helpful when you're taking time from work in order to be home for a weekday carpet cleaning. They are OK, the service is not bad but they are not easy going and don't smile at all. Very serious and I think they can improve that.
