Heartless staff!!! I understand there is a cancellation policy but I was hoping for an exception when I had a health emergency - one that I have documentation for. Unfortunately, they would not assist me in any way. The amount of money wasted on this will make it difficult for my husband and I to book anywhere again anytime soon and enjoy a much needed get away when my health improves, especially with the holidays upon us. Excellent location and top notch service. Would definitely stay here again.
I left an earring behind. Called. They had found it and arranged to send it back. Gave me choice of UPS which I would need to pay for or regular mail. Very considerate. Evan saw us by subway, recognized us and said hello. Room nice. Location good if you want to be on Upper West Side. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.
RecommendedUpon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by the Hotel Porter, Evan Carnegie. He was accommodating, extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure. He led us to the front desk where we were greeted by Raquel Medina and Yolanda Kamal. These two women went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and they were very personable and professional.
