They helped us get a great employee benefit package, small group health, dental, vision, and life for our employees as well as some Medicare products for retirees. Great personal service, highly knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to work with.
I cannot stress enough how unprofessional James has been . He helped me get healthy insurance about a year ago and as soon as he signed me up and he got what he needed , he diapered. I have called , emailed numerous times to get some help renewing my health insurance without no response. Do yourself a favor and Dnt use this company. The other 2 good reviews on google he has , one is his wife who shares the same last name or sister and the other one is his brother in law. Impeccable reviews on Yelp, the most of any health, employee benefits, medicare, or small group broker / agent in the San Francisco bay area. The review may be biased since he's my son, but he's a true professional and all family and friends he helps raves about how knowledgeable, patient, and professional he is.
This agency belongs to my brother and I own another business myself . My staff and I refer all of our clients to James who has consistently come through with great knowledge and care for our mutual clients. He has been doing this for almost 20 years and I would not trust my health insurance or important referrals to anyone else.
