They had an employee there not wearing a mask. When I asked about the situation, they said he had been spoken to about the situation but refused to comply with the rules.
Doctor Maslin is amazing and came highly recommended, but I have to say their surgery scheduling process is deeply flawed. You don't find out what time your surgery is until the day before, and in both of my cases they never called me - I had to drive to the office because no one was even answering the phones. Medical scheduling is not rocket science - it just requires solid procedures and a staff trained and capable of following them.
