When we decided to move from Long Island to New Jersey to be closer to family, we had no idea where exactly we wanted to live, nor did we know what type of dwelling we wanted to buy. Charlene goes above and beyond what you would typically expect from a real estate broker. She is always available when you need her. I was routinely impressed with what she was able and willing to help with. It was really helpful to have her throughout the process.

Mrs. Milano was extremely helpful throughout the first time home buying process. She constantly checked in and sent us new listings tailored to what we were looking for. All of the people/companies she recommended during and after the closing process were professional and timely. Communication was effortless during the process as well. I would recommend her to anyone asking.

We had a wonderful experience selling our home in Berkeley Heights with Charlene Milano. She is warm and easy going to work with, but also very attentive and pays attention to her clients' requests. She has great relationships with realtors in the area which I think factored into us having such a smooth process start to finish. She is honest and definitely works hard for her clients.
