I used to love Milano, but after two bad experiences the last two visits I won’t be back. I went in for a gel manicure and acrylic set removal, and instead of soaking off my nails they ripped them off using nails. They charged me 7.50 to “remove” the old acrylics, but if I wanted to rip the nails off I would’ve just done that at home for free lol. Super disappointed because hours later my fingers are still hurting from him using a plastic nail to pry off my acrylics.
