The salon itself is gorgeous and super clean, and everyone there is really friendly. My nail tech gave me a full consultation and was upfront about pricing the entire time, which I appreciated. I really did love the way my nails came out initially. However, one thing I found odd is that they also did a quality check at the end, and took pictures of the sides of my nails. I enjoyed this experience so much. Mimi did a great job on my pedicure. Everything was great the champagne that I drank the massage etc. I will go again.
I now understand all the women I have seen storm out. This has been my favorite salon for a year now and the last two times I have came they have taken 2x longer and have nickle and dimed me for every service. “Your nails are longer so have to reshape”. Today I show up at 4:20 and am told me 30 min for pedicure and 45 for dip wait. An hour and 10 minutes later and they just finished my pedi and cannot start my dip! Which is the main reason I waited.
