UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I’m disappointed that the salon’s response focuses on defending its policies rather than acknowledging the poor customer experience. When I returned with visibly damaged polish and nail polish transferred onto my sandals, I was told there could be an additional charge to correct it. At no point before I left was I clearly assured that the correction would be complimentary. I understand that regular polish requires drying time. Nancy was honestly so impressive. She took my walk in appointment today and provided me with one of the best manicures I’ve ever had in Austin. Highly recommend her and the salon. One of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had.
Damon was amazing! The salon was also very clean and the staff was very attentive. Will be coming here again
