This has been a horrible, horrible experience for me. The only bright point was working with Berkley, who was kind and patient. Otherwise, I would advise people not to utilize Milano's services. Honestly When I found out I had herpes, I was completely lost because I didn't know what to do and I worried about how the incident would affect my relationship. Ordered during the hyped up sale thst has been happening for the last two weeks only to be told they image out of stock. First told it would be 3 to 4 weeks to receive and now receiving word it will take 4 to 6 weeks. Customer service is lacking with the ability to help. I have to keep asking questions…it’s like pulling teeth. Their answers are very brief and lack the two way communication that helps resolve issues and concerns. I would like to highly recommend milano wigs to anyone experiencing hair loss. I have ordered numerous wigs from them after having chemo. The hair quality is always wonderful and you will not be disappointed. Their beauticians are exceptional for any hair processing you may want to add. The best thing about Milano Wigs is there hair quality. It’s super soft, lightweight & silky smooth. Many lesser quality human hair wigs gets awful after 1 washing. Wish my budget allowed for more!
