This has been a horrible, horrible experience for me. The only bright point was working with Berkley, who was kind and patient. Otherwise, I would advise people not to utilize Milano's services. I came in for a wig and I did end up making a purchase. I was unhappy with the purchase and so went to exchange within the 5 day period. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the second wig as well.
