Great service from start to finish. From initial contact to get a quote from James, to instalation of a new heat pump system. Rene and Tom did the instalation and were thorough and personable. The system is so quiet and we're looking forward to putting it to the test of hot summers and cold winters. I would definitely recommend Milani to my friends.
We just had a heat pump installed in our condo byMilani. We had a great experience with them. Ronald the estimator was knowledgeable and helpful. The installation guys, Mathew, Jashan and Gorasawek did their work in a fast clean way and they were always polite. They did a great job explaining what they were doing which added to my comfort level.
Eric did a great job of fixing my toilet to make it work properly. Plus he treated me (OAP) with dignity and respect. Excellent communication skills too. Thank you Eric..
