The receptionist was rude, argumentative and unprofessional, but Dr. Lee and Dr. Milani are great dentists. Kudos to Yecenia Campbell—they are the best!!
I‘ve been a pt for Dr Lee and Milani for quite some time and never have I had a problem with either of them, but this last time it was awful from the start, when I get there i dint get called back until 45min(mind you I had my mom and toddler with me o and I had already had to reschedule one time when I was already at the office because I had waited more than an hour), when I get called to back I wait another 15 min, I don’t know her name I think she usually works in the front proceeds to tell me that Dr milani wont see me b... read more
