Me and my fiance just bought a home in January. I was scared to pay anyone to remodel my kitchen because I thought it be too much and take too long. We just bought the home and had them give me an estimate just to get an idea and see if it was even worth fixing. All we had was plywood down for flooring, and some drywall had holes in it, and cabinets without the counter top. They showed up the very next day and I was happily surprised with the cost. I would absolutely recommend anyone that needs their kitchen remodeled to use Milanco Building Group. They went above and beyond, worked within my budget and in a timely efficient manner. They were extremely respectful and professional throughout the entire remodel. They say the heart of the house is the kitchen, they sure put the HEART in mine! I can honestly say that I'll never use another company for remodels ever again! The management and staff at Milanco superceded my expectations in all departments. They remodeled my bathroom in spectacular fashion and didn't drain my bank account in the process! Their contractors were on time, polite, and respectful (my two dogs even loved them!) and they never once felt like an intrusion on our home. We use Milanco for a renovation of our balcony and another house as well as well as adding .After interviewing several , we decided to go with Milancos team. We love the finished product and are very happy with our decision to use Milanco. They were easy to communicate with, honest and easy to work with.
