The receptionist was very unprofessional! I let her know who I had an appointment with; she then said she’d let her know, but never did! I waited there 30 minutes before I decided to get up and take matters into my own hands. The entire time I was waiting, she was on her phone, with disregard to me. This made my whole experience bad because I was “late” to my appointment. Never again will I set foot at this place.
RecommendedI would not change this place for any other spa, unless Jerry my man decides to go elsewhere... then, I would follow him.
