Made my appointment 2 weeks ago for today to be ready for Valentine’s Day tomorrow and it was canceled on the day of the appointment. I understand emergencies come up but they didn’t even offer to have someone else do my hair or anything. I suggested it and no one was available. What a disappointment you make your appointment ahead of time to surprise your husband for Valentine’s Day and you can’t even trust the hair salon you chose.
Went there twice this year. My hairstylist is AMAZING (Gerardo) and always has his working station clean. BUT during this pandemic, I saw that the recepcionist was NOT WEARING A MASK! I also saw another hair stylist when you enter to the right, that he was NOT wearing a mask yet was processing a client’s hair. I was there both times for more than 2hrs and they NEVER wore one! Not following COVID preventive measures.
I apologetically denied an appointment that Graig the Hairstylest had made time for me a week later because I had decided to get my haircut somewhere else do to time restraint and his response was very rude and unprofessional. I don’t know if he just looked over my no thank you for an appointment or what but attached is the text messages. Then when I screen shotted and showed him he did not apologize for being rude. After a not so pleasant phone call, I was expecting a not so pleasant appointment. But to my surprise it turned out to be great! Luz owner is amazing! She goes above and beyond she is there not only to make you look as beautiful as she is but to listen to help and guide your inner self. She is a great listener! Gives great advise and amazing customer service! Thank you Liz for such a great experience! Can’t wait for what’s to come!
I got a gift certificate for a facial I was super excited to schedule my appointment. I called for an appointment and got “the manager” Perla to answer. Her tone alone changed the course of this conversation, it felt as if I was bothering her. The appointments she offered me were for next month. I tried to ask her questions and she would ignore my questions first then give me rude vague answers.
