I'm so glad I waited to post my review of Milan Motors. I would have given them five stars because of the way they kept in contact and checked in to see if I was still interested in the vehicle I ended up buying. Dante, was an excellent salesman. Here's the problems I have with them. First, the service light was on. One would think they'd take care of that before selling a car. NOPE! So, they said to just take it to their mechanic. I had a very strange and uncomfortable experience here. I called ahead to confirm the car was available — it was, and came in planning to trade in my current vehicle, which still had a $15k balance on the loan. Oddly, they never even inspected my car. Gabriel helped me and said my application was denied due to three repossessions. That’s simply false.
