I used to love this place but unfortunately more than half of my appointments have been cancelled by them due to “emergencies”. I do understand that things can happen, however it’s concerning when it’s happening more than 50% of the time. On top of that, they never have availability for rescheduling and I will have to wait another 3 months to come back when I wasn’t the one who cancelled in the first place. In and out fat and great customer service I was quickly able to reschedule with Milan.
Great service. Everyone is friendly. I have dark skin and coarse hair. They use Yag laser. The treatment is done by an RN. No regrets
