I am so pleased with my results and have only had 2 appointments! I have always disliked the hair on my chin, with dark course hair and lighter skin, having to shave daily made me feel self conscience. After my second appointment I seen at least 80% of hair gone!!? The Matthews location has been so kind, professional, and will take care of you so well!
I love coming to this location. It always frustrating moving to a new city and hoping you have a good experience at the new locations for your maintenance appointments, thankfully I experienced just that! Nikki is also great. She was kind, attentive, and also informative. She took her time completing my treatment and answering all the questions I had. So far so good!
Everyone at Milan is so professional & respectful - from the greeting to the consultation to the first treatment. Stacy made me feel so comfortable for my first session. I highly recommend Milan in Matthews Township!
I typically love coming to this location but my experience today was a little different today. I was running late due to traffic but was still within the grace period of 10 mins. I was sent no text stating my appt is now cancelled. I get in the door at 9:29a for a 9:20a appointment. And was told I have to be seen in 2 weeks. I asked about the grace period and the receptionist stated because my appt is 20 mins long there is no grace period. Which I have never heard that before and there’s nothing in writing stating that. I started Milan laser in January of 2026 with the Brazilian+ package. I have been going to Milan consistently for 4 months and have seen a 50% reduction in my hair growth. Stacy provides the most excellent service! She is personable and understanding, she goes above and beyond to make her clients comfortable and confidence! I have recommended Milan to 3 of my friends since I’ve started treatment.
