Kristen was my RN today and she was INCREDIBLE. She communicated very well and was super thorough and knowledgeable- but she was also SO considerate and aware of how I was feeling the entire time. I basically did full body today so I spent about two hours with her and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process- she even put aloe on when my skin got really red (like it usually does). Great attitude and very easy to talk to as well!
I got my laser done my Michelle, she was super kind a patient. Made sure I was feel comfortable all throughout my treatment, I didn't feel hesitant or embarrassed for slowing down on some areas. I look forward to getting my treatment done by her again!
I started at the Bloomingdale location 18 months ago, but Leila is the reason I keep coming back. The whole staff is warm, welcoming, and professional, and I'd recommend this location to anyone who asks.
