Not sure how this place has so many good reviews . I had a consultation booked for a service I was interested in and i diligently put it on my calendar date time and address, online says this location is open 9am on this day .I even got a confirmation text the day before with time date and location . Day of I’m on time my appointment is at 10 I’m here at 9:55 . There’s a closed sign on the door and an exterior lock and no one around . If you don’t believe me- go check Reddit. Im done with this place. I have tried for over a year to get consistent treatment and I constantly get rescheduled. I don’t only go to this location- I’ve been to buckhead and tried scheduling at Woodstock and Duluth- yes, if you want treatment you’re going to have to travel across all of Georgia. Does the treatment work? Kind of? Only if you get it consistently, which is impossible with Milan. Worst experience without even getting the treatment. I arrived 6 minutes late and they only scheduled exact 10 minutes for my appointment. I don’t why it’s okay for customers to wait if they are running late and not the other way around . The staff have no empathy, even when there is road construction that caused traffic delay and after taking some time put from work and driving for 2 hours ( round trip) .
