I’m new to laser and this team has been very accommodating. I have sensitive skin and there is no irritation afterwards. During treatment, in areas where my hair grows thicker I feel a little rubber band type of snap but it’s bearable. Sonny answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Micaela has been so helpful with securing appointments for me when they have any last minute openings from rescheduling. They are booked months in advanced so I really appreciate the communication.
