Felisha was so welcoming and such an expert. She put me at ease and was so professional and kind. I cannot dya enough good things about her and my treatment at this location. By far my best milan experience!

This place is probably fine and good but the lady that does the consultations is weird. I was very vulnerable with her about my insecurities and she straight up laughed at me and made a joke out of it. Very weird! She also would not stop talking about herself, her family, background, etc. which was also odd because she seemed to be rushing through the consultation. Just an odd experience, not the kinda person I would trust with a medical grade laser on my nether region.
Chrissy is the best. Ive had such a great experience with my laser hair removal treatments! The staff is wonderful, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!
The front office is amazing and accommodating, and/but let’s talk about the RN Krissy. She is nothing short of FANTASTIC. She takes her time and is super thorough, not skipping spots. She is friendly and really easy to chat with. So glad to have gotten setup with her on my last appointment. 10/10
