I just couldn't recommend Milan with good conscience. What seems to work - clean office, reasonable scheduling, wait time within 20 minutes or so of appointment time, Dr. seemed competent. But all is called into question with the following. I was referred by internist for complete exam including refraction for new prescription. A tech teaching a tech later followed by an intern completes virtually all tests. Dr. follows up at the end and looks over results and does some checking of his own. RecommendedDr. Desai and team are outstanding professionals! After 8 years of discomfort and vision issues, he was able to quickly diagnose where countless others had passed off the issue as “unusual”. An action plan was put in place, which included surgery, and within 10 days, the surgery was complete. Late in the evening of the day I had surgery, Dr. Desai called me to check in. I just had the best experience at my annual eye exam. I am so pleased with the staff at Milan Eye Center in Alpharetta. Dr. Christopher Easley and everyone else were well above any expectations I had. The safety procedures were great and the location is ideal for me. Already have my appointment for next year.
GO SOME WHERE ELSE. I've been going to Milan Eye Center for eye issues for over a year; the eye issues have never been resolved. The doctor suggested that I should have an iLux treatment done in December to clean my eyes out. They told me it would be $300 out of pocket. When I went in for the visit they changed it to $600 and didn't tell me until I was being seen by the doctor. Excellent experience and Dr. Virani was very through and answered all my questions with honest recommendations. Go back in a year for checkup
