Milan apartments has been an experience. The best part about this place is the manager/Neia being very helpful in getting any service needs taken care of for my apartment. Plus answering all and any questions in a timely manner
I know it’s standard practice to increase rent for existing residents but after the year I’ve had here I was actually appalled that rent didn’t DECREASE. The laundry rooms flood several times per day, waterline breaks take 8 weeks to fix with no communication, and the mold problem is out of control.
