I know it’s standard practice to increase rent for existing residents but after the year I’ve had here I was actually appalled that rent didn’t DECREASE. The laundry rooms flood several times per day, waterline breaks take 8 weeks to fix with no communication, and the mold problem is out of control.

Love, love, love Kim. Kim is the on-site manager and she really keeps the place running. She's responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond for folks. The property looks lovely with all of the plants and flowers; she does her best to beautify the surroundings. I stayed two years longer because of Kim and the awesome neighbors. The neighbors are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They all contribute to a wonderful community - anyone is lucky to be a part of it. The complex is well-maintained, inside and out. If there is a problem, maintenance or the manager are quick to respond. The apartments are small, but a little different than the average apartments, in a good way -- a simple look, but renovated with an eye to style, not just the quickest, cheapest way. The complex is quiet, with a lot of trees. It is very pet friendly, with many dogs, cats, and more. There is free tenant parking, and a bus stop is half a block away. The on-site manager, Kim, is genuinely the best. She's responsive, helpful, and caring, and is constantly looking out for the residents. Maintenance people are also great. The apartment itself is small and bare-bones (the only real amenity is a small dog park), but it's also a convenient location and cheaper than most similar units in the area--and no pet rent, it's very pet-friendly here. It works well for us.
