Verified Renter Pretty good, just wish the pool was open more often. Can be closed for prolonged periods of time. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints

Location is great, I’m 15 min from Mandalay Bay, 5 min from Southpoint My biggest complaint is that most residents do not pick up after their dogs. Some still don’t leash their pets!!!! We get emails from the office, asking everyone to abide by the pet rules. It’s hardly enforced, and is a continuous issue. I’m still waiting for some repair work to be done. Verified Renter So far, so good! We recently just moved in and the leasing team was very helpful and knowledgeable. Salena has helped us with any questions we have had an any issues that have arose since moving in. The maintenance team has also taken care of a few items we needed fixed!

Verified Renter Everything is good so far. However we been getting a lot of dog poop by our house n by were we park our car. Other then that it’s been ok oh also it sucks the pool hasn’t been open that’s what my little family waiting for

Verified Renter So far, the staff are for the most part, pretty welcoming. The unit was filthy upon move in, but we’re staying open-minded and do enjoy the livelihood of the complex.
