I attempted to contact this office as a new patient. I understand that I called the office after 5:00 PM (about 5:25 PM Wed 11-1-23); however, instead of the answer machine picking up, someone picked up the phone and slammed it back on the hook. This immediately gave me the wrong perception of this office. Is this a legitimately 5 Star office?!!!!!! This was very disappointing because after checking this doctor's rating and reviews, I was hoping to enroll as a patient. Very Sad office edicate...

He was my doctor many years ago and l miss him he took the extra mile always to help me when l need him the most and sit down and explain me the results from my test. l think he put patients always first . l was his patient in Buffalo, N.Y. He is a 5 star Dr.
