Friendly and helpful; sale went okay. However, the home warranty didn’t include AC coverage (a mere $60 additional). The wall AC leaked from day one of move-in, even though the property went through a home inspection (an inspector she uses). Called the home warranty company and they came out but when they found out the wall AC didn’t also have a heat pump, they denied the claim. Had to have a new unit installed to the tune of $1600!
