Mila did a great job negotiating with the builder for us on a new construction home - ended up closing with a free fence, epoxy on both porches, and 0 closing costs - all at 12k less than original sticker price! Mila stayed in constant communication with the builders on our behalf and made sure to hold them accountable throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

Mila is amazing ! She made every part of our house hunt enjoyable . She helped us look in lots of different areas . Mila is very knowledgeable about the entire Panama City and 30A area . Once we found our dream home Mila helped us with every step . We have now closed on the home but are in a different state and Mila is still helping us with all the details ! I highly recommend Mila as your realtor !!
