Dr mikulak has been very caring and concerned. Staff has supported some quick appt needs and he spends a good amount of time talking to patient and explaining his thought process and recommendations.
I had a knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks ago and wanted the best surgeon available. We live in Rancho Mirage and it was quite a drive to Newport Beach to see Dr. Mikulak. He not only did a beautiful job on my knee, but his bedside manner, his nurses and assistants were all first rate. On the day of my surgery, he did three or four other knee replacements. This is the doctor that has lots of experience.
My knee was so painful from an injury, Dr Mikulak performed a meniscus surgery to clean up the torn tissues and improve the healing. Even was able to see images of the area from during the surgery. Great talented surgeon and genuine caring physician. Healed quickly and exceptionally well, very tiny incision, would never know. Highly recommend Dr Mikulak. His team was excellent, many thanks to all. Do note, it's a busy office, but worth the wait - you will have excellent care.
Just had total hip replacement and couldn't be happier. Dr. Mikulak is a true professional and tremendous at his skill. I am walking with minimal aid only 2 days after surgery.
