I ordered a very expensive birthday cake from them. The lady of the phone was very sweet and excited to help make The Office themed cake. The cake was beautiful and delicious. However, when I picked up the cake the workers were very rude and unwelcoming. They also put the cake in a box that didn't shut and was completely open and the cake exposed.
