I ordered a Pina colada cake from them that was 3 layers with a lot of filling in between the layers and the best butter cream frosting in the world!!
First and most importantly, the cake and cupcakes were ridiculously good. Mikkelsen's was recommended to us by our wedding venue's event manager and we are 100% satisfied with the product and service that we received. HIGHLY recommended. Special note: We over estimated on the amount of cake and cupcakes that we would need, however, the leftovers were gone within a couple days as friends and family stopped by the house to see if they could take some home. A testament to the quality of the product.
