RecommendedI went to Mikita Door and Window for all my windows in my house. I did 6 at a time until they were all finished. I believe the gentlemen that did it used a window called Provia. Overall I' am very happy with everything. The price was good the install was solid as well. And its alot quieter in the house with the new windows as well, something I didn't ever expect. Great job!
Loving my brand new vinyl windows from Provia. Mikita Door and Window was amazing! I simply cannot say enough. The installation was amazing the product is great and I'm so happy I got to deal with a stand up company. I always look to shop small. So this was my first and last stop. Absolutely Beautiful! This came out so much better than my wife and I had thought. We took a chance on the color but it definitely paid off in the long run. I am so happy went with a Provia Door and the service I got from Mikita Door and Window is top notch. I will 100% be returning when we do the windows for the house. Until then thank you so much! I have Mikita Door and Window at the house now installing a roof for me. I have put the project off because my wife was sick however I couldn't wait any longer and decided to get this going. I was told to get 3 estimates however I didn't need but only 1. I found Corey one of the owners of Mikita and he stopped over the house and went over everything for us. Thank God I took care of this when I did. Let me back up here a little. I noticed a while ago some small cracks among my Sheetrock. I didn't think anything of it. Then one day I saw brown appearing on my Sheetrock. I really didn't think much about it but when I saw it growing I new I had a problem. I called Corey in late November and asked him to stop by with his Uncle Luis I believe. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I called I received a quote and days later came into the store to take a look at the products. I had 4 windows I needed to change. They all had glass that was fogged and wouldn’t open or close correctly so it was time for new. I was happy with the demo of the window and as Michael described warranty was what I had liked the best. It is definitely a no BS type place and gave a very accurate price and amazing service. Let me start off by saying that I usually don't write reviews but from time to time they are warranted. I just felt Mikita did an amazing job. The quality of Provia is absolutely amazing. It feels like such a heavier door than my old one. The stain looks amazing and I already got so many compliments on the doors. *DISCLAIMER** The absolute best home improvement experience at my house for the past 25 years of living in New York. I never had any luck in doing any renovations on my home.
