We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cain, Dr. Wolquist, and the entire MiKids Pediatric staff. The past few months have been incredibly difficult as our son has dealt with ongoing pain, but their compassion, responsiveness, and support have meant so much to our family. Very very condescending attitude from the doctors and nurses. Was good at first but don’t challenge them because you might get dismissed from the practice, at least that’s what it seems like. Not very honest about their policies up front and confusing advice from doctors. Unhelpful management too. Super disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed by how Dr. Bixi Zheng and the office manager treated my family. I brought my five-year-old son in because he was experiencing significant fatigue and unusual temperature fluctuations—sometimes becoming very cold and other times very hot. Because he had previously received a hemoglobin screening, I asked whether it could be repeated to help determine whether further testing for iron deficiency might be warranted. From their hours to their doctors to the friendly faces at the front desk, we LOVE this place
Dr. Pott and this whole office are amazing. She treats my kids like her own. Always runs on time or early. Can get them in same day, and the walk in and weekend hours are clutch.
