Dr. Mona is wonderful, kind and respectful. She listened to me when I saw her and treated me appropriately.
Doctor Mikhail has been treating a loved one of mine for many years. Since starting with her my loved one has found some freedom from a mental disease that has plagued her for her entire adult life. I have recently started seeing Dr. Mikhail and she has proved great at finding the right medication for me as well. I saw her for a few years and felt I was ok and didn’t need the 3 month check up. A year later I call to get an appointment and I am told because I have not been in for 13 months I am no longer a patient and she does not see patients if they have not been in that long. I am in shock! Never have I heard of a doctor doing this. I understand having to go back through new patent... but to never take someone back because they were a patient in the past and stopped coming... is crazy.
Unintelligent pill pusher with her hands deep into the pockets of the pharmaceutical industry. She’s tell the most normal mental sane person 10 or 15 things wrong with then and 10-15 different prescriptions she will write super high so you end up addiction and have to keep coming back. Not a pleasant person. Avoid her and at all costs don’t let her treat your children.
I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Mikhail was rude, judgmental, and made me feel worse. After 1 month I hadn’t scheduled a follow up appointment yet, so she refused to refill my mood stabilizers prescription. She’s a psychologist and apparently doesn’t know how awful it is to just take someone’s mood stabilizers from them. My prescription finally is filled thanks to my mom for calling and arguing with the receptionist for 10 minutes. I will NEVER go back to this awful place.
Highly recommend Dr. Mikhail. She likes to get to the root of the issue. She is known for getting medications just right and not too much. Excellent psychiatrist!
My teen brother had missed his first psychiatrist appointment so I called to reschedule. The office literally said “ Since you missed the first appointment we will no longer consider you as a patient ever again”. Beware if you’re thinking about sending your loved one to this “doctor”. She clearly doesn’t give a damn about people if she won’t reschedule a kid with depression. I’m disgusted with this office. She considers herself a mental health provider and then turns people away.
I accidentally came across this site! Can not disagree more about the terrible reviews Mona has received! I have been going to her for my Meds for awhile, if a person needs one on one to work on their problems they need to find a therapist. It is a shame that uneducated people can ruin the reputation of an excellent professional. She is very sensitive to my needs and any changes I may need to my meds.
Appointments never start on time even when you're the only one there. More importantly, the doctor uses her own billing method as well as one through a billing service. On multiple occasions the doctor disagrees with the insurance or claims that not enough was paid. After sending me multiple bills I finally contacted the billing service. They had me fax my receipts to them and upon review they agreed that nothing was owed. About 3 weeks later the doctor sent me another bill.
