From start to finish Mike was exactly what I needed, efficient, matter of fact, and transparent. I had a hard time even getting a call back from other well servicers, but Mike messaged me right away and was able to come out much sooner than expected. Communication was clear and thorough at every step, he kept me apprised of any issues he ran into and the associated costs. My wife was 40 weeks pregnant when needed to replace our well. As luck would have it, work needed to be done while we were at the hospital. Mike made it easy to communicate and work through the emergency so we could come home as a new family to water. We have had a couple interactions since being home in order to take water samples and he has been very personable and respectful of the newborn and tired parents! He was able to make an unfortunate situation as painless as possible.
I live in Houston TX and am responsible for a family house in Northville Michigan. Early this morning I was notified that there was no water in the house and I immediately suspected that the submersible pump at the bottom of the well that was originally drilled in the 1950s was the issue since the pump was last replaced in the 1980s. I called this company at 9am and they showed up at the house to meet a family member there at 11am.
