Excellent Service! – The selection was great and the service was excellent. Mr. Mike didn't have my part, but ordered it for me. He even had a repair guy that fixed my car. Thank you!
what an A@@ HOLE – My son went there and spent all his christmas money on an remote control airplane. We went the next day to fly it and it nose dived and broke inhalf. I called and talked to mike and he was nothing but a rude A@@hole. I did not want my money back but still spoke to me like I was an idiot. Dont waste your time going to this shop. I hope you see this MIKE your an A@@HOLE !
Not very good service not nice at all! – went to mike's train shop and spend alot of money. good shop – I've been goin there for as long as i can remeber and mike, the owner always gives me good prices from competing dealers(online shops and/or other hobby shops around) and he is a very intelligient man of his business, so i recommend anyone in the area to pay a visit to him.
Vintage Hobby Shop – Mike's Train Shop is a vintage hobby shop and lacks all the charm of big box retailers---thank God. The shop exists because Mike loves trains and hobby stuff and may not be dirt cheap like Wal Mart but the equipment and service are top notch. Nobody is more knowledgeable and that is a rare commodity these days,
arrogant. Poor attitude – although they might be able to full fill all your hobby needs with their wide selection. Prices are high and the owner has no sence of service. Just walk through the door and you will see what I mean.
