I visited Mikeâ??s Train ð??? Shop today. I was really just window shopping just going down memory lane. I had a HO train set & Mike was so kind to listen to my stories and answers all my questions about what going on with model trains ð??? , cars ð??? airplanes â??ï¸? & boats ð??£â??â??ï¸?. I know now where I will purchase these products for my friends & family will be from Mikeâ??s Train Shop.

I was first time customer. Had money but no knowledge of what to purchase. They were very informative and helped me buy what I was ready for. Good thing! Messed up first time. No damage didn't read instructions properly. Fixed promptly. Problem with young people today is absouluty no accountablity .would recommend highly for people of all skill levels

Mike is a blood sucker . Once I tried to get him to repair a G scale train engine . He did not even look at it before he want a bunch of money. You can not trust him . Also he was caught stealing trains from the local train museum . He beat the rap by paying off the family who own the museum . . He should have gone to jail for that . Do not trust this guy . He is a thief and a loser .

I placed an order on May 1, 2015. As of May 15, 2015 the order still has not been processed. I have repeatedly called Mike at least 10 times a day to see when he was going to process my order and the number rolled over to voicemail that was constantly full. I have tecently sent an email not to process my order after waiting 2 weeks. This guy is a joke!

I recently bought my first nitro car from a hobby shop in Gulfport. My brother and I ran it for about 90 minutes before we managed to break the rear A-arm. We were closer to Kenner than Gulfport so we took the car to Mike's to try to find an a-arm. My brother and I bought an a-arm set there and tried to fix it outside the shop. After about 30 minutes, Mike takes a break and spots me and my brother trying to fix the car. He walks over to us, offers to let us use his tools and give us a hand. Thank You – On monday I passed by Mr. Mike's to pick up some school project stuff for my son, who of course waited till the last minute to do his project. Mike took his time in helping us out and making sure we had everything right. Before I went in I read through the comments and was hesitant on passing by. Rude, Rude, Rude...Don't bother! – The owner, Mike is not a pleasant person to deal with. I felt like he was doing me a favour by waiting on me. His prices are a bit high, but he is running a retail establishment, so I understand that, but don't even try to return something even with a receipt unless you enjoy being verbally berated, talked down to and charged a restocking fee!
