Mike’s Quality Pools has essentially stolen $2205 from us. He was hired to resurface our pool. He did not answer emails, text messages, Facebook messages, or phone calls. Do not give this company your money.

I hired Mike to build a pool at my home. Have had nothing but issues. His company built the pool higher then my house and now water comes into my house when it rains. The retaining wall that was poured is not straight or level. It's going to cost me almost $30,000.00 to fix his faulty work. We didnt know who did our pool redo until just now. We moved in week before November 1st. Was informed pool was closed from 1st of Nov til end of February for repairs. Wasnt opened until sometime in May. And now closed again. Since his company did the job the company is responsible to correct the issues immediatly. If the job was going to be too difficult he should have declined job. My thought....FIX IT OR RETURN COMMUNITYS FUNDS SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN BE HIRED TO DO IT CORRECTLY.
Mike's quality pools did our community pool. He was over 4 months late. He has violations that forced Polk country to CLOSE OUR NEW POOL, NEVER DID THE INSPECTIONS INSTALLED AN ILLEGAL RAILING, ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. NEVER INSTALLED THE POOL COVER. SO IT'S SUMMER AND WE DO NOT HAVE AN OPEN POOL. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS POOL SERVICE.
